 Must Have:

Excellent Communication Skills.

Experience with Windows Servers; 2003  to current.

Experience repairing PC’s including Windows XP, Vista and 7. Hardware and Software.

Network experience – setting up printers, shares, Active Directory and Work-Group.

Laser Printer repair – troubleshooting laser printers including HP and Lexmark.

Nice to have:

Apple & Mac (OS and network experience)

Bilingual

Cisco

G- Drivers License

Linux – RedHat

Knowledge of subnets

MCSE or MCP’s

Network Security/ Packet Analysis

VPN

Wireless security/ Radius / Captive Portals.
