Most of our service calls to laser printers could easily have been avoided with regular preventive maintenance.
What’s Involved:

Print Configuration Page – discuss with client.

Check Paper trays, clean pick-up rollers and separation pad.

Check paper input path on all trays, clean.

Clean and inspect transfer roller, photoconductor.
-
Clean lens on laser scanner. Inspect connections.
-
Clean high voltage and ground contacts inside printer. Clean paper path (toner spill).
-
Remove and inspect fuser assembly. Clean when possible.

Inspect and lubricate output assembly as required.

Check all sensor flags are free and moving properly.

Clean and inspect all fans.
-
Run test prints to inspect quality and registration alignment.
-
Report to client as to overall “fitness” of printer.
Prices starting at $ 85.00 per machine with a Service Level Agreement and scheduled quarterly visits.
