Before we reinstall a machine, we first backup all of your data such as My Documents, favourites and e-mail where possible.

Home or Business Computer, we document all network settings, machine name, firewall configurations and printer or scanner drivers. We proceed to backup any specialty software data such as Sage AccPac, Simply-Accounting, Quickbooks or Word Perfect templates.

We then document e-mail settings (other than passwords), and export your Outlook PST if required.

We then format and reinstall Windows, install all available updates and make several “tweaks” to ensure maximum possible security and reliability. We make sure that web plug ins such as Adobe Shockwave, Java and flash player are all working.

We will also reinstall any special applications that you normally use such as Microsoft Office, or Photoshop again with all of the updates.

Your computer is returned to you as fit and as fast as we can make it and safer than it was when you first got it.
